Could this be used for a wheelchair seat belt?

My daughter is ASD and this has lasted us quite a while. She does not have the fine motor skills to unlock it, thank goodness, because it works on the same principle as medicine bottles. WE LOVE OURS!! Now, to answer your question, it should work fine on your buckle. I worked at a children's hospital for 6 years, and saw many types of buckles, and this would have worked on any of them. The only down side I can see, is that depending where your buckle is, it could be a little bulky for your little one, and possibly get in the way depending where the anchored part of the buckle is. Good luck!!

What cars or suv's does this not work on.

It works on anything with a seat belt and buckle. It slides right over the button, so you can't push the button unless you can open a medicine container. (push down and turn style) The problem is, the kids can slide under the belt still.

Does it fit a bmw seatbelt. they are deep into the seat and no room around

It is a pretty tight fit and you have to BE SURE that when you have it on the seat belt buckle latches to be safe. Be sure you test that the buckle is latched.
