If you like pickled shallots these are very good. I add a couple of dried chillis to some of the jars for extra bite.

Not what they were
I think they've been taken over by a big conglomerate and the accountants have moved in. Cheaper ingredients, cheaper processes, no longer delicious as they used to be. Buy the cheap stuff, this no longer what it was..
