TUO Cutlery TC3005O Uchef 3.5" Damascus Paring Knife

I recently purchased this knife and the utility knife. These are the best knives I’ve ever used. They are extremely sharp and well balanced. They effortlessly cut through frozen meat without dulling. They sliced tomatoes paper thin. It felt as if they were an extension of my arm as I sliced through all kinds of vegetables and meat. I plan to purchase several more to complete my set.

one of the very few Damascus paring knife i see out there on the market. that being said, quality is over the top. no doubt, is sharp and comes in handy when you are working with smaller projects in the kitchen. will definitely buy again

The knife seems to be a good quality and very sharp, It hasn't been used enough to know how well it keeps a good edge. So far, very happy with it.
