Amazing!
I had to write a review. I purchased these based on reviews for sleep. I don't sleep well. They have no taste and are easy to swallow. I can't really comment on sleep, maybe they're working, I don't seem to be waking up so many times in the night.But the biggest surprise has been with my aches. I've been rearranging my garden this last week, digging up a lot of lawn which is usually a back breaker for me. Strangely, I've not had an ache! I didn't know these were for muscle repair until I Googled them. It's quite amazing. My husband has decided to start taking them too!

Montmorency Cherry - good source of melatonin if you need a sleep aid in my experience!!
I find these tablets to be excellent for the reason I bought them , which was as an aid to falling and staying asleep. They definitely work brilliantly at this and I feel myself noticeably feeling sleepy around 10-15 mins after taking themI have not any side affects . Happy with my purchase and would recommend.
