Waste of money
I purchased this press machine tried to use on a few different occasions and was unable to get my project done. The pressure is not good doesn't work on DTF or sublimation a total waste of my money. I contacted customer by email they informed they would ship me a new press machine and I didn't not have to return the Press machine that was giving me an issue with the pressure. Received the new press and had the same issue please don't purchase this press machine. I'm very upset can't get my money back and I stuck with Not 1 but 2 of these Bad Press machines.

This does not work for DTF
I’ve used their other machine that has the pressure knob manual adjustment and love it. Bought this so I wouldn’t have to use my own strength to open and close the unit which is tiring when you do large amounts of transfers. This machine does not have enough pressure to do DTF transfers. I am not a novice having done over 3 thousand transfers with their other machine with zero issues. We tried every hint from the manufacturer and many online trouble shooting hints and videos. Am returning this machine and will stick with the one I already have. So disappointed!

Broke or I'm just too dumb to work it
Ruined 3 shirts because the vinyl never fully stuck. It was difficult to set pressure correctly, I don't know if it was defective or just too stupid to work it correctly.

Heat press
The media could not be loaded. Super glad I invested into one of these. So far I haven't used it too much and I'm still kind of getting used to it but from what I've done so far I'm loving it. This thing is made super sturdy and well it's big and heavy and it feels very premium and professional. I've heat pressed on a couple iron on patches on to one of my vests and I've also tried some heat press vinyl and it is working out great so far. I got one of these to kind of make t-shirts and things of that nature and I think it's going to work out very well. I think you can also get on a professional level with this if you wanted to. I was very intimidated by this thing at first because I thought it was going to be very complicated but I can't even believe how simple it is. There's basically three different modes that you can adjust to pretty much whatever you want for the type of project you're working on and there's just a drawer that slides out and back in that you would put whatever you're going to heat press on and there's a up and a down button. The button is obviously to just bring the machine up to put the item in and the down button is to clamp it down and heat press it. There's also a setup button to where you can adjust the temperature in the time. The only other thing on there is the on and off switch on the back. So if you're looking into maybe making some t-shirts or doing some sort of prints on fabrics or anything that you can pretty much heat press I say go for it this thing is 100% worth the money.

Terrible pressure
Does not work well with vinyl or sublimation.

Heating ability
I bought this press and used twice to see how it worked. It heated up just fine. I pressed my item and when it was done, it looked faded because there wasn’t enough pressure to get the ink into the polyester fabric. Also the bed plate did not come out far enough to put my shirt on it. Needless to say, I returned this item

Works great, but large and heavy
Overall this machine works great. My main issue is it is quite heavy and a bit unwieldy. The top doesn't come up and then press down on the shirt. the tray slides out and then you put the shirt on it. Which is fine, just not my preference.
