I have been using Castor oil packs for awhile, and I've learned a few things... PLEASE save yourself some hassle and do not follow the directions given on the inserts for any of these types of packs. The best way to do a castor oil pack is generously slather your belly area, or neck area or any other part of your body where you plan to apply the pack, with the oil. Apply it directly to your skin, NOT the pack. With any excess oil on your hands after application, I highly recommend massaging into your upper arms, elbows, or knees, for a skin softening treat.Pouring the oil directly onto the pack will result in more of a mess, and more of a chance of leakage. It will also require you to wash it much more often. However, if you apply the oil to your skin and not the pack, and then place the pack over top, you will still get all the benefits without nearly the mess.Another pro tip, you really don't need to sleep with it on. Better to put it on for an hour or two during the day. If you sleep on it, you will also be more likely to get oil stains in your sheets or pajamas. Putting it on earlier in the day could help you poop, and later in the day could be useful for inflammatory conditions. You can use the neck pack over a knee, elbow, or ankle that is hurting.

I thought they came with castor oil as well. Variety of sizes but not what I thought.

I was not pleased with the knee wrap as it was tight. For context, I am a petite person who is a size S-M.

I bought a bunch of these because they are ideal for applying castor oil to all my aching joints. They are high quality and very durable. I wash them in the washer and air dry with no issues. I wear them overnight while I sleep and there has been no pilling, and the velcro stays attached even through my tossing and turning.

It did not work it was always coming off .it moved to your body different ways .
