Builds endurance!
My daughter loves running track so my husband suggested she use this to build her endurance. She has been practicing with it for about a month now, her track coach said she improved ALOT! Her times have improved, her form is better and my daughter stated she actually has fun while practicing with it! I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to improve in their running journey.

What a drag!! In a good way!
Don't try jumping off of anything thinking this is going to help you...it won't...But if resistance is what you are looking for, this WILL help! Build up endurance and stamina. Wrap, strap and run...Very easy to attach and definitely noticeable on the run. Good for sprints or a continued drag coefficient on longer runs.

Amp it up
This is a very cool addition to training. Adds additional resistance to make your workout more challenging. It comes with a bag to easily store and is easy to set up and use. The belt is easy to adjust so it can fit various sizes. I am 5'7 and 230 lbs and I was able to use this with no problems. Quality product for a reasonable price and a fun way to shake things up.
