It's simple for my 92 year old mother to use
I told her she only needed to learn the 3 flashing light patterns for a cell phone call, a missed call and the doorbell. (If she hooks it to landline she'll have to learn 4), and where the reset button is to stop it. It was not hard for me to set up all components. I didn't have tools with me to mount doorbell but is simple mattrr to screw on support plate & snap doorbell to it. It would have been helpful to know the button battery for the doorbell was provided & inserted. I hunted for an hour in Mother's house for a super small screwdriver, and by luck found a new 2032 battery in drawer where she keeps some (too big) screwdrivers. Very annoying to spend so much time trying to get done, with tiny screws no less, what was already done. Max ring level is loud, but could be a tad louder. She's deaf in one ear, but can hear it with hearing aids. The ring tone does not bother her as some speaker tones do. Flashing light are bright and big enough to see across most any room. Overall, it does the job. A bit pricey but what isn't these days?

This is VERY loud, it definitely DOES its job
Pretty basic installation and I will be using this for a ringer to the doorbell as it REALLY amplifies the sound. There isn't much to do other than basic bolting in of the doorbell ringer, the rest is just a pretty much plug and play. The cellphone amplifier after pairing everything is VERY loud and the strobe lights are VERY effective so if someone has low vision or hard of hearing this will work GREAT. You can also add the bed shaker as well but I found it kind of annoying so I opted not to use it other than on days I absolutely have to be up at a certain point. I feel this device can definitely also double-down as a good one for a storefront or business situation as its VERY loud and sometimes you might be busy in another room and might not hear someone at the front entrance so the combination of flashing lights PLUS a very loud ring will definitely grab ones attention. In general I am VERY satisfied with this and love having it! The big downside to keep in mind is that for a BULK of the features, this DOES require a cellphone so that's something to keep in mind.

Doesn’t work
If you put this alarm on sensitive enough to where it can tell your phone is there then the wind can turn on the alarm. If you switch it to where it doesn’t go off with the wind, then it doesn’t go off with your phone either. Worthless.

Cell Phone Ringer Amplifier
This thing is amazing.... Not just for people with hearing problems but works for heavy sleepers, like me, as well and many other usages.... Comes with a base, a " Bed Shaker " and a doorbell button... In my case, I don't have use for the doorbell feature so c=haven't used it nor know how to install it so I will skip this... Sorry... Onto the main attraction.... The device itself... - Comes with power adapter but can be used with batteries as well... Can't say if it will alternate during power outages since I am not using batteries at all... - The device, the green part that looks like a gem, is pretty much a stand where you put your cell phone and it picks up physical vibrations as well as sound vibrations... Depending on sensitivity, which can be regulated, it will be activated with sound which is annoying if in living room area, while playing music or simply talking next to it... - When activated and it feels vibrations, as before mentioned, the device will light up, vibrate and make a ringer sound... Everything to attract your attention and believe me, all three can be set to VERY annoying levels... Combined with the " bed shaker " (Round thing seen in picture. Attaches via a cable to main device.), which can be placed under pillow, attached to bed post, frame, etc or simply anywhere were it can freely vibrate, you will NEVER miss a call or an alarm EVER again... - Has a regular land line input which I'm guessing you can just attach a second cable to it and it activates when you have incoming calls... My usage??? As my alarm... Since I'm a heavy sleeper, I just set my phone on it, have the bed shaker, max vibration, under my pillow, ringer to loudest and once that goes off, it's like an atomic bomb went off in my room... LoL... I love this contraption....

Adds lots of volume to phone ringer
I live with my father who has quite a lot of hearing loss. When I am away from the house, he usually can't hear his phone if I call him. I ordered this cell phone ringer amplifier so that I could contact him when I am away from the house. The phone ringer works very well. It is super loud and he can hear it even when he is not wearing his hearing aids. He doesn't seem as interested in the bed shaker but that's fine. The instructions are not great on this set of devices but that is pretty normal for any bit of tech. Instructions tend to be poorly translated most of the time. We were able to hook up the ringer amplifier and the bed shaker easily enough but the wireless doorbell is an accessory for a doorbell that we do not have. It isn't really of any use to us as a result. I thought we'd be getting the whole unit but I was mistaken. It is a huge relief to be able to contact my father and have him pick up the phone. Simple tasks like checking in on what he needs while I'm in the grocery store or being able to ask him to check something in the house for me while I'm out on an errand are made much easier now that he notices his phone ringing.
