I got these as lounge shorts to hang around the house. These are fairly soft and comfortable. Nothing to dislike about these. Just your basic lounge short.

Fits true to size and color is accurate. They are def lightweight and a bit revealing. I don’t know that I’d consider wearing them out and about, more resembles PJ shorts.

These lightweight shorts from Hanes are very much a heather aqua green color. I like how lightweight they are for sleeping in, but they do let a lot of light through the fabric and may be ok for a run on a hot day or for visiting the gym, but not quite for wearing around town. I believe the size chart is calibrated to the elastic being tight enough to prevent the weight of a wallet or cell phone from dragging them down. To that end, the shorts have two pockets on the sides so they won't hold too much. The drawstring on the inside is nice, but doesn't seem needed based on the waist size I am and the XL size from the size chart. The tag on the shorts themselves says Made in Honduras, which is different from the listing's origin as Dominican Republic, if that matters to you.

My husband loves these shorts! They're a softer, thinner fabric, which makes them perfect for being comfortable lounging shorts. He likes to change into them after work to hang around the house, and has even slept in them a few times. You could wear them out of the house, if you want a very casual look.He got a medium, and the size chart seems to be pretty accurate for it. The cactus green color is a decent amount lighter in person than in the product pictures, though.

These shorts feel soft, making them very comfortable to wear while at home lounging or sleeping, especially during hot weather months.But the material is quite thin and they do look a bit on the cheap side, so they’re really not for wearing in public or at the gym.Also, they took quite a while to arrive (a good 2 weeks from purchase to delivery), which was pretty surprising, given how light and compact they are.Good throwaway shorts for private use, though.

These are incredibly lightweight shorts, so know that going in! I would generally wear these as pajamas or for lounging around, but I'm not sure I'd wear them out into public given the extreme lightweight fabric. Overall they are very comfortable for that reason.I found that they fit slightly smaller than other brands at the same measurements, so keep that in mind when ordering. Overall, nice shorts for a niche use.

These shorts are great as lounge wear around the house. Loose fitting overall but the XL fit my 34 waist with room to spare. Soft, comfortable, lightweight, recommended.

I have a 34" waist and ordered Large. They fit well and they're long enough to go more than half way down to my knee, and I'm tall. And the draw string is really substantial - easy to grab and tie up. The pockets are pretty bit, I could easily get a couple of tennis balls in each one (but it would look pretty strange!). The red river clay is pretty bright - I won't lose these in the laundry! The color is quite close to the display picture.
