I saw one of these pop-up in a different guise on Insta so checked Amazon and they had them here. I needed to re-position four hinges on two wardrobe doors as I am re-purposing the old cabinets. FYI there is no 'instruction manual' supplied but the Amazon product video says it all. Its modifiable depending on door thickness for the clamp as well as the main hole-depth (normally around 8-9mm). When you try & match the hole depth take into account the drill tip length. The supplied Allen key allows you to lock the shaft depth via a small lockable collar. The copper washer goes between that and the main unit plate. The long thin supplied drill bit is for prepping the standard hinge-plate screw locations and you drill through the holes in the two knurled nuts each side of the main drill bit to give you the screw locations for the hinge-plate. It worked first time for me and I'm not a chippy by any stretch of the imagination. Its a solid bit of kit that does the job inexpensively, hence five stars from me.

Does a good job but the screw holes don’t aline with Blum hinges, just did them without the jig. Only had 12 hinges to cut did what I needed it too.

Agreat piece of kit,easy to use

Just done 30 hinges in mdf, works well, great value for money. Naturally the bit won't last forever, but I've no doubt the jig will continue to come in handy for years to come.

Looks great and feels solid. However, the guides for determining the thickness of the wood should have been notched, I would recommend testing on a "waste" piece of wood first. The drills don't seem to cut it, literally. They work but are poor, had to replace them with my own stock. There is no "bookend" to have a consistent distance from an end. Lastly and perhaps trivial, I found and agree with several other reviewers, that the turning wheel is problematic. Beforehand I was sure my problem would be deciding 4 or 5 stars, but it was between a 3 and 4 star. I have since noticed options elsewhere, with more features, but unlikely to critique as how often are these tools needed?

Really useful. Some might think it is more expensive in comparison to other options, but this is a sturdy metal jig with a toggle clamp that holds it in position, it self positions with the built in recess. I received a mini tool kit to adjust the clamp and a collet to set the cutting depth. Really easy to use with excellent results really good value for money when it gives you the results. Highly recommended.

I like the product. Is well built and facilitate the accurate making of all needed holes. Simple to use once you get the hang of it. Only negative thing I found was that the drill fittings do not screw all the way in. Allowing for accumulation of wood debris between tool and wood panel. If they had been machined to be a tad longer, this would not happen. The issue with this is that when removing the tool, you must blow or clear the space where it all accumulates to avoid the debris to fall on the next board and interfere with the flat installation of the tool. Otherwise it has been super helpful in my cabinet build project.
