I would have given this item a higher mark of 4 out of 5 solely on the fact that this item actually worked for me. BUT I found this straps really uncomfortable after 2 days use. First of all there could be more Velcro on the base straps to take the access as if you do not get the Velcro dead right it really digs into your skull, specially if you like a semi hard pillow. Secondly the head straps when they overlay one another there really is an uncomfortable hard lump specially on the top strap. After the third night I woke up and Had to removed it because the Velcro dug into my skull. Disappointed YES, if the straps could be modified then yes this would be a good option.

Works really well in combination with other products (his snoring apparently has multiple causes). Make sure you know your reasons for snoring (do an online test) so that you know if this type of product will work for you. If for example you're (only) a nose snorer then a chin strap won't do much good.He finds it very comfortable although a little hard to talk when he's wearing it.Only real downside is it's been absolutely ruining the pillowcases by leaving big blue stains all over them. We've washed it multiple times but it's still leaving marks.

IITEM WORKS VERY WELL. BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT COLOUR COMES OFF ONTO PILLOW CASE DURING THE NIGHT. HAVE WASHED IT MANY TIMES. STILL COLOUR COMES OFF.

Couldn't get comfortable with it so stopped using itJust not for me

I purchased this item for my husband whose snoring keeps the whole neighbourhood on standby... including me. In the event, this strap is not as effective as portrayed in its description and the overall aspect is pretty weird on the wearer. Not wishing to look like a wrapped up Easter Egg, my husband promptly relegated this contraption to the back of his underwear drawer. For my part, I have had to invest in some builder's ear defenders, to great effect, I hasten to add, although, yet again, one of us looks pretty bizarre in the marital bed...

Great product. Holds on the head in all the right places and fits well. Comfortable to wear and holds mouth firmly closed to stop the snoring. Husband very happy using it.

Really disappointed with this product. I don’t think I have a particularly small head but this was way to big for me and it was not adjustable enough. I was unable to pull it as tight as needed as the Velcro did not come around far enough to stick it back together. Had no impact on my snoring at all.

I didnt like this as i found it very uncomfortable even tho it came highly recommended.. think this is personal preference
