Head was wobbly and our thick lounge carpet was a job to pick up anything. Don't waste money on it

This machine is useless, it only works really on hard surfaces, stops on carpet (you have to turn it off then turn it on again) to make it work. Very dissapointed in the item, would no recommend it to anyone.
