We will keep it.
The microwave has a handle and a dial, but the dial is not for setting the cook time. I want a microwave that you can move the dial to a certain number and it will cook for that time. With this microwave you have to press a button for 30 second intervals. The intervals start as soon as you press the button. For example., I push the button once and it starts cooking at 30 seconds. I push it again at it moves to 59 seconds, because it starts counting down from the last press. I can never set it to 2 minutes exactly because it starts counting down with the first press. This can be confusing. I can get 1 minute and 57 seconds. We like it. It makes the food hot. I

Great Buy
Perfect microwave and grill

Not the best, does the job.
The microwave is low power and the controls are difficult to understand. Example: you cannot enter a specific time to cook, you must hit the 30 second button until you reach the desired amount of time. Not a big deal until you have to hit it 30 times to reach 15 minutes. As long as you add time to take into account the low wattage, it cooks and heats well.

A new appliance for my kitchen. Perfect size, style and remembrance. The red color matches my other new appliances.

Love the look!
I love this microwave - it looks really cool, works great, and once I got used to how the buttons and knob worked it's been smooth sailing.

Low wattage, Pitiful functionality
Only 1000 watt when in "grill" mode. Closer to 700 or 800. Unevenly heats up leftovers, random cold spots. Controls aren't just non-intuitive -- they're practically nonsense. No way to set a timer. You get 30 seconds from every single push of the button. If you want 5 minutes worth of cooking, you have to push the button 10 times, AND the countdown begins with the first touch. The instructions don't explain the controls satisfactorily at all. What's that dial good for? Don't ask me. Did I mention it began to rattle when cooking after about 2 weeks. The top of the machine is not flat, so don't expect to be able to store things on top very well. Things that used to take 1.5 minutes to heat up, now takes 3. I hate everything about it...but I'll keep it until it completely dies on me...which should be any day now according to some of these reviews. I can't understand so my positive reviews. I don't think I have any unreasonable expectations for a microwave. This doesn't even come close.
