Petest25ft Reflective Tie-Out Cable with Buffer Spring for Large Dogs Up to 90 Pounds

Using 2 of these to restrain 2 small breed puppies inside the fence when our older dog is also out. They are around 10 lbs, and I attach these to their harnesses, but they weighed much less when I initially began using them. They are very light weight, including the connector, however, it can be difficult to operate with one hand, because it is so small. Cable is very thin, and could most likely be chewed in two by an unsupervised dog. This cable would not be suitable for use with a dog that weighs very much or has any strength, particularly as the sole means of securing it, but I am comfortable using for the purpose stated above.

I have used the tie out cables for years, the first one snapped after a year because my dog chewed the plastic coating and water got in it and it rusted making it weaker. No fault of the manufacturer because it was left out in the elements the whole time. Now I buy a new one every spring just to be sure my puppy is safe and secure after the old one being left out in the elements. I probably don’t need to get a new one every year now but I still do for peace of mind.More than satisfied with this product.

I bought two of these for our two Shih Tzus so they can join me when I work in the front yard. Both are attached to one heavy stake I bought from Amazon for that purpose. (Blue rubber handle on top with spiral base to twist into the ground.) The dogs are 11 and 15lbs. Neither have ever damaged these -even the younger one that still chews on things.

This tie out has been working great so far for both my 8lb and 16lb dogs. Super flexible, so no cracking in the plastic vinyl coating on the cable. Clasp are solid and dependable. When it first arrived I was concerned about how light weight it is, but after solid daily use, my concerns diminished. Also, I am very pleased with how easily it untangles and unwraps from any obstacles my dogs walk around. I'd buy it again if ever need to replace.

I liked the fact that it does what it is supposed to. It is reflective and comes with a sturdy clip to hook your pup up. It seems like it’ll be durable though I’ve only used it about 2 weeks so far….What I didn’t like: I wasn’t very happy with the fact that the latches on the clips Rusted after only about 10 days use out in the weather and it didn’t even rain that much. Seems to be a common problem with these latches. My advice: Before you leave it out overnight, give it a liberal spray of WD-40 on the springs inside both latches. Don’t worry about it making the clips slick to handle. The WD-40 will wear off of the smooth surfaces within a couple days but It will stay down in The tiny crevices where the springs are located.

Use it for my Beagle, has enough room to roam most of the yard, very strong and plastic covered to prevent rusting.

Bought two of these for my dogs. They are exactly as described and are tough enough to not have to worry about my girls breaking lose. We use they to allow them free roam to go so their duty and then come back to be let back inside with us. These are perfect!

Decent but like other brands, outer coating eventually cracks and the line rusts and breaks. Have to buy a new one every 6 months-ish. This past time it got REALLY cold over the winter like -25 to -50 and it definitely cracked from that. Bought another, maybe this one will last longer this time since it is currently spring and not usually that cold.

Feels pretty light weight. Using it on the front porch for puppy potty breaks. I am a bit worried at the durability as it feels lighter weight than I was expecting. Time will tell if it stands up.

Le plastique semble mince vs ceux que j'achète dans la boutique pour animal ou je le prenais . Reste a voir combien de temps il va durer...J'ai un Chien de 11 lbs et pris la corde pour 70lbs
