Okay product, bought as our regular one was unavailable. Felt lower quality than previous, came with some capsules burst, same dosages but less in the pack Vs others for similar price

Normally I can do without drinking anything. Note: I was lucky enough to receive this product for testing purposes, but I only select items I need/want and rate them honestly. If they are poor I will say. Or if they develop a fault I will naturally update the review. It's always tricky to review supplements, but these seem to be keeping me asleep just as well as the ones I finished before trying these. They're the usual size, and 2cm, no aftertaste, am me a reasonable dosage per capsule. Price is fair too.

These form part of my nightly routine and appear to help me sleep better. They have no aftertaste and are easy to swallow. Not a lot more can be said about them but they do appear to be a good quality product.

It's really nice to find a magnesium supplement that has no fillers which is why I went for this brand. Good quantity as well as the 300mg dose per capsule is around the daily dose anyway so you could take the one and they will last quite a while which is good value for around £10 price at the time of my review (on offer). It says UK manufacturered and certified on the listing although they don't make them themselves. Ie it's made on their behalf.Slightly wonky label on the bottle looks more hand bottled but not sure. As always though, this form of magnesium is one of the best ones and I use it to help with my sleep without the stomach effects that some other forms of magnesium give you. Capsules are easy to swallow, not too large and it has a good bb4 date.

I take magnesium every night and have done for some years and always happy to try out new brands. However I am always cautious and check out who I buy from very well . First off the bar code was stuck over the contact details which I was not happy about . Of all the paces it could be put it should not be over that . It says it is made in the UK yet no indication of where . The seller themselves is just an online shop so for me I just don't want to risk trying these as I cannot be confident of where they have come from . Pure labs nutrition who supposedly makes this has no contact details on their website only a contact page . This is a legal requirement for ecommerce sites so , no , for me I am avoiding. Sorry .

The Glycinate version of magnesium is probably the best tolerated (gastrically) and best absorbed of all the forms available. It is still not easy to absorb. Hence the amount of magnesium glycinate required to produce the needed amount of Magnesium which is about 300mg/day. The dose of these capsules is 2 x 1500mg per day which yields 300mg Magnesium per dose of two capsules (ie not per capsule). This means the bottle of 120 capsules will last 60 days. I have bought other versions which have more capsules at a similar price. The vegan capsules are easy enough to take with a glass of water (as recommended). They claim to be manufactured in the UK but the seller is not the manufacturer.
