Absolutely love it, I'd give it a 4.7/5 the handle is really comfortable, it's a good size for strawberries and alike, it can handle tamohawk steaks well, but a 6incher would be better, especially if it's a thicker tamohawk steak, it's fenominal with onions once you get use to it, and it's even better with shallots than my standard 6incher, for more intricate or delicate/light work (dicing/mincing/chopping) in the kitchen it excells, i did notice with larger things like cucumbers I couldn't cover the whole length in one go, but it's maneuverability gets past that easily, great knife great feel, great price, love it!

Very impressed, wasn't expecting a stellar knife for this price, but the sharpness and quality are great. This has already replaced my prior filet knife as first choice.

We got this to cut slabs of meat into steaks, my son says “just like butter” i think he meant it works great.

An excellent boning knife. I used it the first time on Thanksgiving Day. I didn’t need another knife. It is sharpened to the max. Can’t wait to use it on fish. Certainly made of quality materials. As indicated not to be used to try to cut through bone.
