Not suitable to wear under your hammer toe as it doesn't do any relief but digging into.
I would not recommend this product for the hammer toe suffers as it doesn't protect the top of the toe and digging into the foot when you only try to walk with it placed under the toe. If nothing better then try the foam cushion tube- it does help more.
