I bought these with hope that my constant fatigue would subside, yet it’s still there. Happily, this helps me with sleep and a little bit with my energy levels. I have more trouble sleeping when I forget to take these, so I have bought several bottles and will continue taking them. The capsules aren’t too big, the capsules are easy to swallow and the price is usually reasonable.

I switch to this since I need it for sleep anxiety bloating skin EVERYTHING. I havent noticed a huge change but I didn't while taking regular magnesium either. So side effects. Normal capsule. Nothing crazy. I do like its an all in one.

I got this for my son who has migraine and also has trouble sleeping. It seems to help both issues. I think the glycinate helps headache. It's nice that it combine three types of magnesium. Magnesium citrate will help with constipation which some people have. Magnesium helps your muscles relax and is a natural way to aid sleep, no hangover.

This is one purchase I will continue to buy again and again. I even have my husband taking them now! I got them to try and help me sleep at night and I feel that they do. So happy I tried them.
