The ballons looked fine for a glow party however, they had a very strong smell, not nice. I suppose it’s the paint the ballons have.

Really glowed well under UV light! Plenty of decorations!! I will still use them for another party.My helpers with the balloons did not like the smell though, overall great!

These were such fantastic accessories for the birthday party. There was a great variety, easy to put together and were really effective

This Decor was absolutely amazing glowing up the whole room, from the sign to the tape and balloons! If you want to have fun 90s or neon party- definitely recommend this kit!

Just received these decorations and the smell coming from the bag is horrendous. While most of the decorations seem to be of decent quality (letters, garlands, etc.) the balloons smell nothing like regular (latex) balloons, but of very strong industrial solvents. I'll have to chuck them away.
