Ohhhh yeah, dude!
Came exactly as pictured so I won't post a photo. But I had been wanting a controller to play on my VR headset. Evertime I'd wanna use my Xbox controller I'd have to unpair it from the console to pair it with my VR headset. So I figured why not get one specifically for it. And I also have switch which is cool there's an option to do both. Really comes in handy. Highly recommend for anybody in the same situation.

Cautiously optimistic
I love this controller’s look and feel; it’s light, compact, and perfect to fit in your bag while traveling. But after three days of light use (mucking about in Fallout 3, hardly heavy lifting,) the left bumper gave out. It registered a a continuous signal though it wasn’t physically pressed down. I researched a solution but I didn’t find anyone with a similar problem ANYWHERE. So I returned the controller and got another for free.As of this review, nothing has gone wrong with the replacement. I still and I haven’t found other documentation of the problem, so I’m assuming, fingers crossed, I simply got a dud.

Really cool looking controller
A great retro style controller. I ordered this to use with my Nintendo Switch. The retro shape might turn some people off, but I found this fairly comfortable to use. Very impressed with how well it's preformed. I tried another off brand controller and had some issues with the joystick drifting, thankfully I have not run into that with this controller.

Pretty cool controller.
I like the design/theme for the controller. There is some delay/lag; very little, you notice here and there but nothing crazy. Overall, great product.

Super fun!
This controller makes my smile everytime I use it. Between they koolaid man and the super nintendo feel of the actual controller, I'm super happy :-)The shoulder triggers are switches, not analog triggers. Just an fyi if you care about that. This controller isn't really shaped for serious business gaming though, so meh.

Great Nintendo Switch controller and decent retro themed gamepad
I don’t want to confuse anyone. I really like the controller. The theme is adorable with Kook-Aid Man and fruits on the sticker. It just seems that it’s more akin to Nintendo systems and games and not other systems, even though you can use it for others.I said the following information in another controller from the same line from Hyperkin, but it still rings true here.“Hyperkin is known for creating technology for older devices and also its larger focus on Nintendo third party devices. This shows through the design as the action buttons are mirroring a Nintendo Switch button scheme with the A and B buttons reversed and the same with X and Y buttons. Nintendo has been known to follow this button design with all its devices, which is reversed on PC and Xbox controllers. Being a gamer who primarily plays PC games, the buttons being reversed from what I am normally used to can be a slight distracting when looking at the controller. However, the controller handles great! Two design elements on the controller I feel should be noted. The underside of the controller is raised for better grip along with a textured feel. Compared to 8bitdo’s controllers of similar shape, the still feel more akin to using on retro games and not current AAA or popular games of the last few years. I had the chance to try this on Fortnite, and it handled well, but felt more awkward in my hand than an off brand Xbox controller.”There is a noticeable indentation on the X and Y button and not on the A and B buttons. This also makes me feel that this would be better handled in a retro game from yesteryear or on some Nintendo Switch games. If you are a fan of Kool-aid, a fan of retro games, or a fan of Nintendo, I highly recommend this gamepad from Hyperkin.

Good retro-controller or for small hands
PROSVery well made controller. All the buttons are nice and clicky and everything feels very solid. Connecting it to my Steam Deck was very easy. Battery life has been really good, I have put in about 10 hours with no signs of battery running out. The analog sticks are a little tighter then I'd like but since they are smaller than the average controller, it works pretty well. Dpad is a little stiff but also works very well. This is really good for retro gaming and 2D games. The art is cool and this controller is definitely an attention grabber.CONSWith that being said I can't recommended this for current games or games that requires heavy analog use. I found my hand cramping up after about 30 minutes of use due to how I would need to hold the controller to use the sticks. This would be much more comfortable if there was an attachment to add handles. I get that this is for nostalgia but there's also a reason controllers are not shaped like this any more. My only other issue was with the application of the vinyl. Above the left analog stick and and the top left above the dpad there are little bumps, meaning the vinyl is not sitting flat. This doesn't affect gameplay at all but for a controller all about looks and aesthetics, it is a little disappointing.OVERALLThis is great for small hands and retro gaming. As long as you don't use this for current-gen gaming, this is a really cool controller option.
