Good quality, lots of adjustment, easy to santise
Has adjustment options from 0mm to 3mm, with an enclosure to keep the needles in when not in use. I soaked in isopropyl 70% for 20 minutes to clean, no damage to the plastic or anything, to drain of liquid retract the needles completely and shake. Very easy to use. High quality.

Great design
The media could not be loaded. Great design for this stamper, has adjustable needle depth too on this which is good as you would need this on different areas for tolence. Haven't used yet but will update after a while

Ideal for newbies
A confession: I am completely new to this "tech" and decided to give it a go. I watched a few how-to videos- nice and not-so-nice ones to start with. After gathering some courage I began. At first, It hurt- purely because I was daft enough not to read the instructions and set the needles too long. After some audible and inaudible muttering, I resumed -this time ensuring that the needles stayed low.For a newbie, the ability to set needles is a blessing. I am now gradually increasing the needle. I suggest some numbing cream if you are like me. Also, if the needles are longer, I strongly suggest- again as a newbie, that not roll, or move up and down as the instruction says. Instead, use it like a rubber stamp. Results are yet to be seen, I think it will start after six weeks or so, but I am quite happy with the product.

It has hundreds of tiny needles in such a small area
Very well made and designed from good materials, it has a depth control on it which is good, to be honest I really don't understand the ins and outs of it but it does kinda feel good, not as good as the roller ones you can get but still good nonetheless. If they could somehow combine this into a roller that would be the clincher for me as I could throw all my others away that have fixed head rollers but that's something for the designers to think about and not for me to review really, it's just something to think about.

Misleading title and not as good as a derma roller
I was really excited to try this product and I haven't completely given up on it yet but it's so much harder to use than a derma roller. It does not appear to be as effective because even though you can adjust the needle length really easily (a cool feature), stamping just does not seem to penetrate the skin like a roller does. It's awkward to use. I will keep going with it and see if I get any better results, but so far it's been disappointing and I certainly wouldn't switch to this from a roller. It's also not Dr Pen and I think adding this to the title is deceptive. It's a neat little device but it's just not as effective as a simple roller and definitely not worth the price.

Derma Stamp
Having used derma rollers before I so interested in trying the derma stamp as I found while the roller is quicker and more convenient the roller pressure is uneven given the shape of our face and heads. Also there is research to suggest that the stamp is better due to the needles going in straight. Where’s a roller the needles will inertially go in at an angle potentially causing more damage to the skin. The great this about this stamp is being able to adjust the length of the needles. This is great as it means you don’t need multiple stamps like I have done with rollers in the past.Overall the quality of this feels average, there is nothing that screams top quality product. Thats of course not to say this is bad. Having only used this a hand full of time I can say I prefer the “feeling” compared to a roller within regards to needles puncture the skin perfectly vertical. It’s also easier adjust the pressure on part of the fast and head that have less flesh. It does however take MUCH longer to use. If you’re only planning to use this over small areas then great but as someone who used derma rollers for hair loss all over their head, this would take an age.

Better than any roller
So, having adjustable length and ensuring that the pins go in straight every time instead of entering at a rolling angle is a massive plus. So massive that I'd rate it higher than any derma roller available. You have complete control and can pinpoint smaller areas far easier than with a roller.Like another reviewer mentioned, it's best to watch a video on how to do it properly and I also recommend researching the depths for layers in the skin so that you know which length to use for what you want to achieve. Instructions are provided and they are fine but you should do further research when sticking things in your skin. Different areas of the head and body have different depths. The product is solid and super simple to use.

Useful addition to skincare routine
Derma Roller or Derma Stamp, which is better?..I found this product more precise than a derma roller, I liked it for the control factor of where these needles are being placed on my skin and also the control over the depth that you don't get with a derma roller.I have never used a Derma Stamp before and watched some very useful 'YT' content that give great advice on using one of these and how they stimulate your skin etc. etc. Always best to look up the 'pros and cons' of everything applied to the face I think? The product seems okay quality, it works for me and I am happy with it.
