Back is perfect but front a little small for a man like me.
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice waist trimmer with back support. I wish the front ab part was a little bigger to cover more of the area like how it supports the back.The back is perfect in size but it thins out in the front so I would say this fit better on a women or a very skinny guy.I do like the breathable fabric interior. It doesn't get all hot and sweaty like the neoprene type. I also like the triple Velcro strap to give that tight fit. It's actually pretty good back support.Overall as a man it was slightly too small in the front portion but it works good.

I like it.
I wear it backwards because the width is to skinny when I wear it the way it is seen in the picture. Other than that, I like it.
