This helps but good luck receiving it in a timely manner, by the time I got mine week and a half later, I had been to the dentist and got relief If you occasionally have sore gums or sensitive teeth get it to just have on hand it helps !! But never count on 2 day delivery!! FYI

This did not help with pain or heali
I'm not sure if this is supposed to help with the discomfort and pain of mouth sores or to help heal them or both but it did neither for me. Plain Listerine works much better for me.
