I was suffering awful gripes following a bout of food poisoning. Nothing would help.Ordered this ,( delivered Next day ) but not holding much hope ! But, believe me it was a minor miracle! 15 mins after taking 2 tabs gripes gone ... I think I took 2 doses on the first day , after small "meals"( so small they don't merit the name meal) small becos everytime I ate any thing at all the pain was very bad. Good results both times . Sometimes the odd thing gets through I've missed an ingredient or others I ask say yes this food will be ok for you !! Then I get a lot of pain bloated etc these helped ...don't put the cost up please as these helped ( the cost is good at moment and help )...so I would get them again .

Having tried various other similar products, to control my ibs bloating/cramps etc etc I thought I would try these, although the amount of Simethicone is less than windeze or Dr Gut, 1 tablet before meals does the trick think it maybe due ti the charcoal but my stomach has never been happier and my ibs has gone on holiday for the longest time, it's such a relief not to be dashing to the loo every 10 mins and be afraid to leave the house without immodium and spare underwear. Highly recommend you try them to ease your suffering 😊 No taste, larger size pills
