These gummies don’t contain nearly as much of each mushroom as some others I have tried. Plus there are a couple of ingredients I am not crazy about. They are kind of expensive for what you get in a bottle. I think one could do better if they shop around.

I will admit, I found the taste of rose in these off-putting, but my husband tried them and loved them, saying he’d eat them if I didn’t want them, noting that they tasted like “black raspberry, chocolate, rose, with hints of cinnamon and licorice”—a complex, layered flavor that he found very appealing. They tasted sweet to me, I just wasn’t ready for the rose flavor. They’re nice and soft, too, easy to chew, don’t get caught in the teeth, etc., and are shaped like cute little bears. They are sugar free, too, sweetened with Maltitol and Xylitol. We both like getting more superfood mushrooms in our diet, so this is an easy way to do that.

These gummies come in easy to eat gummies. I was a little worried about the flavor at first, but was surprised by the taste, it didn't funky or turn me off.This is a good way to get the goodness of all the different types of mushrooms without having to spend a ton of money per serving by purchasing fresh or dried.

I really like these gummy‘s. They are easy to chew and swallow. The flavor is mild, and they actually feel like they are stimulating your body and brain in my personal experience with them. They are worth the money, and they are of good value for sure!
