It came with a mini booklet that tells you how to assemble the pieces & the names of each part of skull. For me, this skull arrived already put together, secured in a cling wrap & in a box. I have not taken it completely apart yet, so I cannot attest to whether or not it is easy to put together once taken apart. I know the jaw part was easy to remove and put back on. Also, the material of this feels like a hard plastic. I’m using it as an art reference to draw from life, so for my use, it’s great!
