This spine grove roller is the best one I've purchased! I doesn't hurt my spine and actually makes rolling your back enjoyable. I also use it for my legs and its the perfect amount of soft/hardness material

This roller is awesome!!
I’ve been using this roller every day since I got it and absolutely love it. It’s just the right firmness, with just the right grooves. It’s been a huge help in relieving my back pain….and is also amazing on my shoulders and quads. Super happy with my purchase - I highly recommend the spine groove!!

Pretty firm
I realize that rollers must be pretty firm but this one states it was semi firm- it hurts my back so it is currently residing with other rollers that are uncomfortable
