We love these, we have both parts of the "zoo" they don't take up a lot of room for the amount of bricks you get. it would probably be 5x bigger if it was the standard size. the animals are adorable! the popper could be better for removing the smooth pieces if needed.

My wife and I have been going at this set for a while. The pieces are the smallest Lego-esque blocks we've ever seen and can be a bit tricky to sort and handle. Still, the build is coming along and we have just the corner space for it, so we shall persevere!

Missing parts not descriptive of where to put parts, not very good color I'll part according to pages, Aaron Manuel. I wish I could return it, but I am halfway. Done with it and missing parts.

This kit was quite the endeavor to put together, it has a lot of pieces and they're small and not compatible with Lego branded bricks.I would like to say that the zoo model is much more detailed and ornate than typical building block toys especially Lego as I think they've gone down in quality a complexity over the years in order to be more inclusive, but that detail does come with a cost. That cost is time and patience.This is honestly been one of the hardest building block sets I've put together just because the scale and size of the pieces. A lot of different colors and scenery all around, meaning you have to manage a lot of different bricks of color and style.LimeHowever, this time and effort definitely paid off and I'm very happy with this building set. I almost want to seal it so I can use this as decor piece and not have it break!

These are mini blocks and with over 5000 pieces, it's going to take a good long while to build it - but it's worth it! Make sure you take some time to sort out the pieces or you'll waste a lot of time later on trying to find what you need. Worked on this for a few hours and got through 7/147 steps lmao.

I helped put this together with my grade school aged niece and nephew. We didn't have any missing pieces and it looks awesome! We had a great time building this wonderful brick set.

What an awesome building set!This zoo set is simply wonderful! It came beautifully packaged and included everything you need to build the entire zoo scene pictured on the box, with complete instructions. The colors of the blocks are nice and vibrant, and the blocks are made from sturdy hard plastic, which looks like it will last a very long time.I wouldn't recommend this for very small children, as the pieces are very small. Smaller than a famous name brand block we're all familiar with. That being said, I'd say it would be appropriate for about 8 yr olds on up. There's a bit of directions that need to be followed, and coordination to place everything where it needs to be, so you want to make sure, if gifting to a child, that they're old enough to be able to do these things.Overall, I'm just loving this set! It's so cute, and so detailed! And the price is much more reasonable than I would have expected for such a nice set. Five stars!

Got this set to have a fun activity with our 3 year old; however, it really is for older children (like the product title states). The pieces are extremely tiny and easy to loose if dropped. Removing assembled pieces is difficult. The instructions are okay, it took me a moment to understand it but once you get it it’s not too bad. I wish the pieces were packaged in a way that made more sense, similar to the way LEGO packages theirs (each bag having the pieces needed for the first few sections). For me, it took a long time to find the pieces. I found only one possible defect so far, the hole on one of the hair pieces was too small and wouldn’t connect to the head piece. For all those things above, I removed one star. On the other hand, it is relaxing and enjoyable if this is something you are into. The design is nice and the build quality is great. I am still in the process of assembling it, but I really like how it’s turning out. Can be a great gift too.
