Very nice, well written, and comprehensive resource for the home gunsmith. The only fault I could find, and it is minor, with this book is that the photos printed out slightly grainy - no problem viewing them and seeing what is being shown, though. I definitely recommend this book.

great book to show you how to do gun work .sometimes in different ways ,it is very useful in the way it gives you a different idea to the way you normally do certain work on firearms.well worth buying.

lots of information on how to repair gun stocks and for me how to build a under hammer action plus a lot more good book

Rich and interesting book..I'm working on rust bluing which is covered there.

I saw the older version of this book in a library, back when they had real gun books in libraries. You can't absorb it all in just a few sittings.

Interesting information, some new some Old.Would like to know if there is a newer edition.
