Had a small issue nearly a year after purchase customer service sorted it straight away.No hassle, no runaround. They sent out a brand-new replacement, fast delivery too. That alone deserves credit.My whole house has goove products wouldn’t go anywhere else.The app is simple to use, and setup is a breeze. Works perfectly with WiFi and links up with Alexa without a hitch.In terms of functionality, this thing’s versatile.Whether you’re setting a mood for guests, creating a relaxed vibe in the evening, or even using it as a backdrop while gaming or streaming, it fits the bill.Multiple settings for different moods, and the lighting range is impressive.Also has auto shut-off which is a smart touch for safety.For the price? It’s a no-brainer.If you’re into modern interiors and want something that adds atmosphere without costing a fortune, this is a solid pick.Defo value for money and good build quality.

Another amazing item from Govee. I have updated all the lights, light fittings, bulbs in my house to Govee now and have been very happy with all their products. There was an issue with a few of the LEDs not working properly on the strip but I sent it back to Amazon and preferred another which worked perfectly.Definitely worth checking the LED strips works properly before installing the strip!!!With all that said I would still highly recommend Govee products to anyone who is looking to upgrade their house lighting to smart lighting.

Great lights as always with govee

One of the most useful LED products out there. While I appreciate the various aluminium diffuser channels out there, these are plastic so can be easily cut, and Govee included different corners, ends and clips to keep the strip in place so it works out very easily with no fuss or thinking needed. The LED itself is great too, in many ways mirroring the M1 which is similar or more expensive sometimes in price, I've bought a kit once just for the LED below the bed since it's not so far off from other 60l/m strips.The only issue I had was that the stickiness doesn't last. Every single channel fell off over time. I set some up on clean flat painted walls and left them there for months. Some fell after days and the last 2 fell after 2 months and I didn't even put the covers on yet.My solution was to buy Velcro tape and just cut it and stick it on all the way and it's holding well. I had to take all the adhesive off that came with the channels first.

For this price you can't beat it , it's amazing product and I have got lots of them around the house !

Excellent lights, we have used them in our kids bedrooms and they love them!

I’ve got loads of their stuff and it’s always good quality, can be a bit of a pain to put up on your own if you put it on the ceiling like I have, decent choice of colours, makes the room so chill, well worth the money

Although bought for what was likely a straight forward window install (4 sides, rectangle); the precut lengths and corner pieces mean not possible to install more than 3 sides and that too with some cutting and DIY joining. The light may be good but the whole product needs more thought about how it can installed.
