At first, I made a mistake during the installation, and the suction performance was poor. However, after reaching out to the seller, I discovered the issue: the inner diameter of my duct was slightly smaller than the flaps, preventing them from opening fully.The fix was simple—make sure your duct is fully expanded and doesn’t obstruct the flaps. Once I corrected this, the range hood worked perfectly!I’m thoroughly impressed with the product and the seller’s exceptional customer service. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve the issue. It’s rare to find a seller who goes the extra mile like this. Highly recommended!

Not too hard to install myself and I love the way it looks. Definitely an upgrade from the microwave/fan combo it replaced. The light feature is great and the touch-sensor buttons are a nice touch. I agree with other reviews that the suction is very light. That's ok for my needs but might not meet the needs of others.

Bought this because it looked like what I wanted and was affordable.Installation was a breeze, but the fan is either too weak or is under engineered.Any smoke or fumes just happily go around the hood and fill the kitchen.It almost pushed smoke away from itself.Cheap cheap cheap productDo not buy if you plan on using it for its Intended purpose

I bought this for my mother's home to add to the ever growing list of upgrades needed for her home. Right now, it's an older style house from I want to say at least the 70's? So it's cozy, but needs some modern amenities for a while now. We installed this to replace the bulky, and also non-functional, microwave that was over the stove. All that really worked was the low light and the vent (occasionally) so we opted in for a modern range to fix both of those issues. Install was straightforward and removal of the microwave + unwrapping the range took exponentially longer than actually installing it. There are a few brackets in place you need to install, plus s et of screw holes within the unit towards the back to give it that added security. With two adults, I'd say this took less than 15 minutes or so in terms of installation. The parts included were all brand new, no scuffs or tears to the air duct either. The final front decorative piece is uninstalled for now as we need to remove the outdated cabinets. It still works as intended and is one step closer to making the home feel much more livable and sustainale.

Ordered this for a tiny house kitchen, looks great.. quality seems kind of flimsy. *** remove the blue film BEFORE you install. Very difficult to remove & it’s stuck in all the seams. Instructions could have been a little better for a do it you selfer.
