Stopped working
The media could not be loaded. Worked great for the first day, the next day it stopped working. Great price but I wish I would have paid extra and purchased a Yale. No I through the box away and can’t return.

Looks good but does not work well
I can’t seem to get it to work. It will say its locked on the app but it is not locked. Also it only unlocks in the house. It was easy to install and it looks fancy however, I do not recommend this item.

Stopped working after almost 2 Months
This completely stopped working after almost 2 months! We tried to email support with no help. We even did all the steps their video gives for support and nothing worked! Highly disappointed.
