I use these in all steps from feeding my sourdough (scraping the jar and mixing the flour), to when I mix a recipe in the bowl of my KitchenAid mixer. Spatula are great, one continuous piece sp the tops aren't always coming off. The handles are firm and strong ( I don't love the bold brand advertising though) and the tops are flexible. I do wish the basting brush had more "bristles".

My old spatulas were needing to be replaced. These offer different sizes and functions. They are sturdy where some of my older ones would fold when using. I especially was interested in the brush. So far, I am very happy with the color, the variety, the sturdiness, and general use.
