These were shipped promptly and are working just fine in my cat's fountain. They are exactly as I hoped they would be.

Purchased a Catit water fountain for my boy and was quite pleased with the quality and convenience of it for both me and the cat. But was not real fond of the filters it requires. Granted our town has hard water but still felt like they just wasn't working as long/well as they should. I then discovered these ... they're perfect. Well made and fit in the filter receptacle better so now all the water running through the fountain is treated. The water stays clean and drinkable for much longer period. So quiet, love that. And I'm very pleased with the price. Will only be purchasing this brand in the future.

Do not buy these! They came without any plastic coverings in a box that was unsealed. Completely dirty and did absolutely nothing to filter the water. They're cheap but not worth it since none of them lasted more than a day without dirtying the water. Gross.

Fits and works the same as the more expensive name brand

If you have more than one pet, you need to take these out and rinse them at least weekly to get any hair off. Perfect for my CatIt water fountain though. Fits perfectly.

Great filters at a great price.

The filters were a perfect fit and with 3 fountains and 5 felines the 12 pack is great.

Do not buy this product! I bought this because they were cheaper than the name brand, but that was a big mistake. A few weeks after putting one of these in, our cat became sick with some urinary/bowel issues. We his fountain water looked really gross and cleaned it out. He started to get better, then worse again. We checked his fountain again and the water was yellow/brown already - only 5 days after cleaning everything and replacing the filter. Could have been a coincidence with our cat’s illness symptoms, but it’s just not worth the risk. Get the name brand instead.

i don't see any difference between this one and the actual catit brand except for the much lower price. didn't notice it turned the water yellow as some customers mentioned

Fast service

These filters are terrible. They would last a day or two tops. After that the water was always brown and gross. So disappointed. FYI I regularly clean my cats fountain 1-2 weekBefore these I used the filters with just cotton and they would do a better job than these pieces of crap. I went back to the catit brand. Checked the water after 1 week and it's still clean. Don't buy. Poor kitty.

J ai acheté vos filtres même pas une semaine et l eau avais une teinte brunâtre !!!Est cela qui a provoqué une infection urinaire à ma petite chatte je sais pas mais j ai des doutes!!!Alors je recommande pas du tput
