I purchased this bag to carry injections that I need to take which are more bulky than insulin pens. I think I can get about 4 to 5 injections in at the most. My injections need to be refrigerated so it will keep them cool in transit until I can access a fridge. Quite pleased with the product. Generally I wish these bags were made bigger for people like me that have to carry bulky injections and not insulin ones.

I'm using my little cooler for something other than insulin. I am on a very strict low sodium diet and I put my unsalted butter and low sodium salad dressings in little jars I found on Amazon in the cooler. It keeps my condiments nice and cool and I can carry them into restaurants. It allows me to eat out and stay within my dietary requirements. I'll be traveling soon and will have it with me when I go to restaurants. A real life saver!

I love the internal temp gauge on the outside and it’s been a godsend for helping my wife keep track of her insulin supplies and making sure that they’re safe.

I wish there would be included interior size but all in all, it’s good and in very good quality
