We got one for our granddaughter, and it worked as advertised...she absolutely loved it. However, the one we received did not come with the seat belt. We contacted the company and their customer service team was EXCELLENT. They fixed our issue immediately with no hassle and ensured that my granddaughter can enjoy her Xmas gift safely. It's a good feeling knowing that a company delivers what they promise and is willing to stand behind their product. I will definitely be looking at their company for all of my other grandchildren.
