Great Product, Greater Customer Service.
Update after 4 years: the board finally stopped charging. Contacted customer service and they were diligent in troubleshooting the board before sending me a replacement battery, stating that "The battery can be return for credit or refund if it does not resolve the issue." They also tagged on some new bolts free of charge. The installment took less than half an hour, and now the board is ready for 2 more years of grad school. It's nice to see that their customer service remained so superb after all these years. If you're still concerned that this cheap board won't last you a long time, don't be----Those folks will make sure it does.--------------------Original review:I am giving this a solid 5 stars, despite that I was the unlucky few that had some minor issues with the board initially. The circuit board had an issue which caused it to disconnect from the remote occasionally; and after I accidentally destroyed my remote, the second one that I bought sometimes turns off on its own as well. For a $300 board, I really wasn’t expecting much and was just going to leave it the way it is. But Blitzart replied almost immediately to the email that I sent at 11 PM and took the issues very seriously. They maintained frequent communications with me and quickly sent me a replacement circuit board and TWO replacement remotes (which to this day I am slightly wondering why), and asked for feedbacks afterward to make sure that everything worked properly. Again, I really wasn’t expecting their $300 product to be as solid as the $1700 Boosted Board, but you have to appreciate their effort to make it the best they could. I have been riding it every weekday for the past two months around my University, and this board is absolutely FLAWLESS after replacing the parts. Even if you have concerns about this product, you can purchase the Amazon warranty for either 3 or 4 years. Overall, I am very happy with this product, in fact, my only regret is that I didn’t get the dual motor.P.S: All the screws, including the trunk, are slightly loose when they came in. Make sure you tighten everything before ride it.

Let down.
I bought 2 of these so I could alter them with better bushings and better bearings and have a little fun with a friend. The battery is over-rated in the description, they state that this board has a 4.4Ah battery, in reality it is a 2Ah battery or .074kWh. There are (20) 3.7 volt 2000 mAh 18650 batteries powering this board. 10 in series, 10 in parallel which makes the total 37 volts at 20000mAh or 2Ah. The charging system maintains 10 pairs of 2 batteries uniformly so no cell becomes weaker than another. The control board and driver board are well built for the price, there are some cheap components here but overall the build quality is good. I read earlier that there is glue holding things together here, the glue is to prevent things from coming apart due to vibration. This board got to about 17mph with me on it at 165lbs out of the box and I rode it for an hour without losing any real charge. It is a little loose and theslightest movement turns the board. The remote is well built and the range is about 20 feet meaning you won't lose connection while riding. The charger could be thought out a little better, the battery has direct connection to the charge port which results in a spark when hooking up the charger, this can effect longevity of the charger as it wears the terminals out over time. Over all I would say my purchase was worth it, if you are just starting out this won't let you down, it may be a little much for small children unless they use slow mode. Rechargeable remotes are nice but they don't come with a charger, you will need a USB wall plug.**Update!!!! Both boards have been ridden three times now, today for the third time as a matter of fact. The first ride we got 9.8 miles, the second ride we made it about 7 miles (same 2 people on the same boards at the same spot). Today however, we got 5 miles on fully charged batteries. The reason for the 1 star, the chargers!!! 1 charger smoked 2 hours after being hooked up in my house, the second charger got hit enough to possibly cause a burn if you were to pick it up!!! I unplugged the units for now because i have to wait for my flir to charge to get a good temperature reading as I don't have a thermometer here lol. More to come.

Great Board for the Money
I have had this board for a little over a month now and have put on quite a few miles. I have to say that initially when looking for a board I was overwhelmed with the amount of possibilities out there. I knew I did not want to spend a lot of money, but I did need to find something that wasnt going to break down on me. Being new to skateboards in general, I wanted to make sure that I bought something that would suit me well and not break the bank in case I did not end up liking e-boards. After looking at videos and reading reviews I decided to pull the trigger on a Blitzard Huracane board. The fact that the board was under $300 was great, and being powered by 1 wheel did not bother me. I did purchase the Amazon warranty just in case, but it sounds like the revised version of the board is better than the original. Let me tell you that this board is living up to the value! I am 5'7 200lbs and this board has no issues getting up and going. I clocked myself between 16mph on flat surface and up to 20mph with a slight decline. I was pretty impressed. The remote hasnt failed me yet and overall, only randomly disconnected on me once and that was when the power on the board was getting somewhat low. Even though it disconnected the board immediately stopped moving under its own power and didnt send me flying anywhere. I absolutely love the board and so do my kids, its built pretty solidly, which is good and bad, because the board weighs quite a bit if you ask me, but thats not a deal breaker. It only takes a couple of hours to charge up and can get me right around 4-5 miles of distance before dying.Overall, the board has lived up to its expectations and as I improve on my riding ability, I may look to purchase the 2 wheel powered version or a Team Gee board.
