Almost as good as the best!
I'M MY FAVORITE ASIAN CHEF, and use fish sauce in a LOT of ways. I even use it as a condiment like many people use ketchup! It adds tons of umami! When buying fish sauce, the MOST important thing to look for is the amount of PROTEIN per serving! (I can't stress this enough because lesser 'protein sauces' are noticeably worse) While 'Red Boat' is recognized as the best in the business with FOUR grams of protein per tablespoon. 'Chin-Su' fish sauce is close with THREE grams of protein per tablespoon. (For reference, other cheaper brands have one or two grams of protein per tablespoon). I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is! While I'm not going to stop buying and using the best quality fish sauce, I will continue to use this for recipes where the fish sauce isn't the predominant ingredient... such as kimchi.

Hard to find in grocery stores. Great quality ingredients, tastes great, smells amazing, and a great amount to keep in the pantry to use in asian inspired dishes.

Great smooth taste for cooking and dipping sauces
This is by far my favorite fish sauce. It has a great taste that is very smooth. Great for cooking and for dipping sauces. This is the brand we used in Asia, so we were so happy to be able to get it here.

fish sauce that has a lot of needless ingredients.
i bought this because i thought i saw the word "premium" and assumed it had quality ingredients (simple with very little ingredients). when i received it i read the ingredients and was kind of disappointed because it had a sorts of weird ingredients that i didn't think fish sauce had. normally it would be anchovies and salt. this had a lot more and also artificial sugar. it smells weird for fish sauce and i find myself not using very much but i don't want to waste it so ill use it up. ill look elsewhere next time for a quality fish sauce.
