I loved the insert to keep the sand in the bag. No leakage. The Zipper on the outside of the bag is sturdy and not in danger of being damaged. Easy to use and throw around the straps definitely make it more versatile compared to the normal Bulgarian bags. It’s cheaper than other bags but without sacrificing quality. A great value for working out especially if your a grappler to train undertook throws.

Super sturdy. The bag material is super thick. I just wish it was easier to fill the bag with sand. The opening is kinda small and the outer shell has the same size opening. Being the outer shell it could stand to have a bigger zippered area. The grips are a little weird but overall solid.
