Almased Multi-Protein Powder 17.6 OZ (Pack of 2)

Helps me control my appetite and curb hunger. Nothing else I’ve tried works as good as this mix other than a GLP1. I’ve used it in the mornings after a workout with milk and water and ice with fruit and some veggies, and it makes 2 sixteen ounce smoothies that can eliminate hunger until after noon when drinking 1 immediately and one a couple hours later. Be careful later as you will get rebound hunger and feel like a grizzly bear waking after hibernation. Or, just have another one to kill it. Can be easily customized to what flavor or taste you want or are craving.

We are using for weight loss after Christmas. Love the taste.

This really works I've been using it on and off for years but it's just expensive because one can will last you about 3 and 1/2 days so if you're needing to lose a lot of weight this can get pretty pricey

This is the first protein powder that does not bother my tummy! No bloating, gas, or urgent trips to the bathroom. Win, win, win! I just started using it. It can be flavored with just about anything. I like adding coffee to my morning shake. IT KEEPS ME FULL and really does seem to kill those sweet cravings. I’m amazed at that. It has a little texture, but I would not say gritty. I use a mini blender. It is a bit pricey and the amount you use seems like a lot, but it’s a meal replacement and one serving has 24 grams of high quality protein, so what do you expect? This might be the first protein powder that I already plan to reorder. I only gave it 4 stars so far because I have only just started the weight loss program, so I will try to do an update with results.

Works great, I feel better with more energy and barely any hunger pains. Taste is chalky and bland. I add a little bit of chocolate powder to give it some flavor. Have lost 8lbs in ten days. Here's hoping it will work for the remaining 40lbs.
