I bought these to embellish a traditional Serbian costume for my daughter. They were the perfect size and shape for what I was envisioning. There were a few loose threads, but it was not a problem to snip them off. They stayed in place perfectly while I was sewing them on. If I ever need appliques again, I would definitely use this brand.
