Para sentarse o para ejercicios
Es valido para sentarse y para hacer ejercicios específicos como fortalecer cuadrices y rodillas. Viene con su bomba para darle aire al gusto, es de calidad aparentemente y parece fuerte.

Came without the pump
The cushion came without the pump. I don't know if it should have been included, but it is on the pictures, so I expected to get it together with the cushion. Because we had to look for a needle and the pump, rating the purchase with 3 stars only.

Dauerhaft haltbar
Das Ballsitzkissen ist nach bisheriger Verwendung, insbesondere als Sportgerät mit "gut" und "haltbar" zu bewerten und deshalb empfehlungswert. Es hält die Luft und ist angenehm weich. Ob das Ballsitzkissen auch eine längere Verwendung duchhält bleibt abzuwarten. Alle bisher genutzten Ballsitzkissen der unterschiedlichsten Hersteller/Verkäufer haben keine 2 Jahre duchgehalten (Luft nicht mehr gehalten oder sogar aufgerissen).
