Best investment for my money. Now I can have sugarcane drinks.

Trash. 6 months die. Gear are all rusted and leak rusted water to cane sugar. Customer drink could die.

I bought this last year. I let my son run the machine because although the juicer does work good you still need strength to push the big canes in. Canes 1 inch size can go through easily but canes around 2 inches need to be half cut or peeled first. We used the juicer 4 times. Each time we made about 5 gallons of juice. Fresh sugarcane juice taste so good. You can keep it in fridge for weeks.

Very convenient. A great DIY way to enjoy fresh sugar cane juice at home. Just make sure to have room on all sides with whatever kind of table you keep it on. Made my first batch today and it is absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to start my small business selling in Philadelphia. Easy to clean without having to disassemble if you use Vital Oxide food grade cleaner. Highly recommend this juicer!!!

The packaging was broken when it arrived. Upon assembly the handle broke immediately as it is made up of plastic. The knobs also broke. I have been trying to get the resolution from their customer service but no response. Vevor's customer service is a BIG JOKE. There is no phone line support, only chat. Once you tell your issue the same thing has to be repeated 100 different times. They send back email indicating we are looking but no resolution. It is extremely frustrating to go through this.

The sugarcane machine does what it needs to, but it is poorly designed. The edges are sharp, and we have cut ourselves multiple times while carrying and cleaning it. The roller area is constructed with a slant and is slightly misaligned with the machine. There is silicone residue that constantly leaks from the bottom. The machine is very heavy and does not feel like it weighs 127.9 lbs. It takes both my husband and me to move it, and it is still a struggle to transport it from point A to point B. Also, it may seem like common sense, but there are no directions on how to use it or what each button means. A few times, the machine wouldn’t work and not sure if we’re supposed to push the button. Not even sure what exactly the button does. Lastly, we received our machine busted on one side.
