Reason for Return
The doorbell would not connect to my internet. The doorbell, phone and wifi were all within 10 feet of each other when I was setting up the unit.There are No Help phone numbers or website for trouble shooting problems.

Don't be fooled..... it's not a Ring.
It's a fake Ring. No cool App, no simple features, no cheap video storage.

Monthly fee catch
Great camera device but the catch is the monthly fee which I think is a rip off. If it was no charge then it would get 5 stars. My friend has the ring and do not pay for the service, she gets stored video on her phone, I don’t see why I have to pay the monthly fee for a video doorbell, big RIP OFF. Wish that I can return it.
