It is hard to use...not very sharp it seems my son inlaw had put his full weight just to get it going. But everyone loved the end product!!! 👏

Melon Slicer? Hand Slicer is a better product name
This item is neither "Good Quality" or a "Melon Slicer." Upon opening the box there are no instructions and you are left to stare and the pictures on the box to figure out how to use the item. On our first attempt to slice a watermelon the Melon Slicer not only did not work in any way shape or form, one of the handles broke completely off and sliced my boyfriend's hand wide open. This item is useless, dangerous and poorly constructed.

Love it.
In addition to cutting watermelon, I use it to cut rolled out dough into wedges so that I can make roll up cookie crescents.

Does not WORK!
It is a useless item. I do not enough strength to slice anything with this. I had already disposed of packaging contents or I would have returned it.

It broke second time I used it. Very disappointed, would not buy it. Does not cut through a watermelon. Wish I had gotten a refund

Does not slice well
I tried, unsuccessfully, to slice a small watermelon. The blades were not sharp enough to cut through the skin. Bad execution of a good idea.
