Amazing product! Been taking 11 days now. Noticed things good the first day I took it. As days have went on, more and more of great stuff with myself. My eyes are improving, skin, thinking, and my energy. This is only 11 days in to taking it. Did get a little side effects, but not bad. It's to be expected with anything. Didn't last long. You get what it tells you, for me anyways. Of course different people and different DNA handle it differently with anything. Can't wait to see what it does as time goes on. Myself recommends this. My health recommends this. It's works well with other supplements. But check with your doctor for levels of supplements in your body. I take supplements that the supports make and are involved in this company. Which work great with thus product. They all obviously do different things for the body. It's a liquid so is easy to take for people and can be mixed into drinks or smoothies. Taste is great. Makes my body feel great. Just follow the instructions. If worried about overwhelming side effects, cut the does in half. Then start taking full does in a week or two. That's what I did. Have a great day and getting more healthy. Adding up date on this. I am now 4 months in. Best product, hands down. Energy level is like out of this world and it feels great. Haven't felt this way in so long. Skin is amazing looks youthful and glowing. Hair is great and is healthy. I get compliments of looking younger and how nice my skin is and my energy level. I never let myself run out of this. Or any of the other Rho products I take. Tastes good, especially if you keep it in the fridge like the directions say, and shake it up before each use. I noticed a small positive difference in how I felt. Ended up moving to a different brand that was easier to take with all my other supplements and had a higher concentration of NAD+. Rho is definitely a well researched and quality brand, unfortunately their products are just a little too expensive for me, when I can find similar products with pretty close to the same quality and for a decent amount less.

I really did feel a difference in my energy when I used this in the morning. Definitely added to my daily routine.

Just received it. Taste is fine, better than I expected. Not sure about the effect since I just started. Disappointed that the spoon in the pictures is not included. It’s expensive so it will have to be amazing to keep using.

Everyone must be paid reviewers. This tastes terrible. I’m not sure it does anything. It’s way overpriced for the tiny bottle. And what an inconvenient way to take a supplement. There is no measurement so it’s just you either guessing or using the teaspoon measuring device from your kitchen. I do not recommend There is better stuff out there that doesn’t taste like paint. And check out the research on this stuff. It doesn’t do what it claims. High price for something not backed by science.

Very refreshed and content. *My Experience* After four days, I can confidently say: - This is my favorite ROH product so far! - Tasty, helpful, and affordable! - No pressure to take it daily; use as needed.. - Take it in the morning for sustained energy. *The Difference* On non-supplement days, I feel an afternoon slump. Admittedly, I’m extremely healthy and work out all the time anyway. So maybe I shouldn’t be using this product. I noticed that in the afternoon I would crash hard on this product. Way worse than just a normal afternoon sleepiness from lunch or something. I really wanted this to work. Not for me Guess. Took it for two months.
