I've had plenty of experience with hemp products, including CBD. Based on what I've noticed from taking these for a couple of weeks, there's a very similar CBD feel, which is fine. Definitely noticed a calming effect which is typical of CBD. However, I didn't notice much for increased focus. All that said....these do provide benefits, but I can't say that I could recommend them over less expensive CBD alternatives.

boy do i need help with focus so i was happy to order these gummies to give them a try. i have been taking them for about 6 weeks and have not noticed any difference in focus. i will say that they taste delicious and i will certainly continue to take them until they are gone but for the price i would not reorder them.

Well after trying the sleep gummies which by the way are phenomenal and allow me a great well rested sleep all night every night ( if you havnt tried these you need too as well 😀) I decided why not give the focus and calm ones a go .
