I got this bar for my kids in the backyard. It is easy to put together and folds up easily. The height is not a quick change because it is so sturdy when all pieces are in place.I tested my weight 230lbs on the bar in multiple heights. No worries at all.

I am in love with this bar. I am a gymnastics coach and I do mobile classes with different ages. This bar is perfect to transport to different places. It is very easy to fold and adjust the height. Highly recommended.

My daughter is able to do flips without it moving. Still a little light for trying dismounts as legs come up on one side. But had a smaller one prior and had hard time with flips without it adjusting some or coming up. A couple lightweights seem to hold this one down. As my daughter is only about 60lb right now.

I gifted this to my niece and she won’t stay off of it! I love that it can grow with her. She is six but my 11 year old niece also loves it and is able to adjust it to her height! We put a regular gymnastics mat under it for added protection. Overall, fantastic product for learning gymnastics!
