La Chinata. Sweet Smoked Paprika Powder. 750g (1.65lb) tin.

I've been buying this in the small cans, and having a giant container will allow me to be more generous and less worried about how much expensive paprika I'm using. The only tough part is the metal lid, so I'll put some of this in a smaller bottle for daily use. This is hands down the best mild smoked paprika!

I don't know what I will when the day comes that I can't purchase this paprika any longer. Hopefully it never happens. I have used this for years and years. One of the food service size cans lasts us about 2 years. We use it all the time. It is not spicy at all and has the best smoky flavor. If I ever have to use another brand, my food just doesn't taste like my food. I can't recommend La Chinata. Sweet Smoked Paprika Powder enough. It's really that good.

Saw Gordon Ramsay's video "Top five pork recipes" on making pull-pork. Came out fantastically awesome, without the need for a smoker! The smokey flavor is definitely come through. Did the same for pork ribs, came out as good as the pull-pork
