Works well for stiff joints. Used it for frozen shoulder and was only thing that seemed to help in my recovery. Not as effective for nerve pain (herniated disc) - for me anyway, but again very effective for muscle and joint pain. Used the 3 pills twice a day initially for severe pain then 2 pills twice day for maintenance.

So I first heard about this product while at the Arnold sports festival in Columbus, Ohio. This is the best place to buy supplements because companies sell them for like 75% off just so people will try them and really have a chance to experiment. Well after all the ankle and knee injuries Ive had from sports over the years my joints sometimes just flat out hurt. So when i saw this product i was curious as to how well it would work with joint pain so i decided to take a chance on it. Well after taken this product for about 10 days i noticed that getting out of bed wasn't as painful as it always was. In the winter my joints hurt in the morning until i start moving around a little and then they feel better. While i was taking this product i felt 0 pain in my joints and it was if they were greased. I now have no more joint pain and with that pain being gone i have been able to really increase flexibility and strength. Ive been taking it for 5 months now and I dont see myself stopping anytime soon! ps i notice more of an affect if you take 2 pills at night and 2 when you wake up instead of all 4 at once, just food for thought.

I started taking Flexicus after reading about it in Jiu-Jitsu magazine. I take Orange triade as my daily mutli-vitamin but the joint suppliments in that were not helping with pain in my elbows from being arm barred too many times. After 2 weeks of taking Flexicus the pain in my elbows started to get better. I recommend it for taking care of your knees and elbows.EDIT: This stuff is way too pricey anymore and not worth it. It used to be around $35 now I can only find it for around $60. It's not worth that price to me.
